A man and a woman were found shot to death inside a multi-million dollar home in Encino.
Around 2:30 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 4700 block of White Oak Place to perform a welfare check, according to City News Service. The victims were found with gunshot wounds to the head.
A woman who lived a few doors down told reporters the police weren’t telling them much.
“They didn't even tell us that people had died,” she said. “They just said ‘it's an active crime scene, and we can't tell you any information.”
She added that her rented saw someone hop the fence on the property on Thursday and called police, but is unsure if that was related.
One man who lives in the neighborhood said the house was a party house, and there were a lot of complaints registered about it.
