An 18-year-old man was killed and a woman was wounded in a car-to-car shooting in Venice Tuesday morning.
According to City News Service, the shooting was reported at 2:36 a.m. at Sixth and Brooks avenues, according to Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department's Operations Center.
Police think the suspects pursued the victims and fired around 15 shots. The victims’ car overturned near Rose Ave. and Lincoln Blvd after crashing into a parked car following the shooting.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman, 21, is in serious condition. She was taken by paramedics to a hospital where her vital signs were stable.
Footage of the suspects was captured by a neighbor's doorbell camera. The suspect remains at large.
