
Police Friday are investigating the shooting of a 29- year-old man in Reseda that they believe is gang-related.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to Vanowen Street and Darby Avenue at 5:09 p.m. Thursday when they learned the victim was walking on the sidewalk when he heard several shots before discovering he had been shot, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
The victim was taken to a hospital by a private party and was in stable condition.
There was no suspect description.
