Authorities sought the public's help Thursday to find a man who went missing from the Palmdale area.
Michael Antonio Murrillo-Godoy, 37, last spoke with his family about noon Saturday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Murrillo-Godoy is Hispanic, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has brown eyes, brown hair, and a goatee. He has a tattoo of a cross on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue shorts, and sandals. He is known to drive a blue, 2006 Volkswagen Jetta, license number 5TKF723.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff's Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS. Tipsters may also use the website www.lacrimestoppers.org.
