A man was shot to death Monday morning in Palmdale, authorities said.
The shooting occurred about 6:25 a.m. in the 38700 block of 2nd Street East, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and there was no other immediate information.
Anyone with information regarding the shooting was asked to call the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
