Pasadena police Wednesday renewed their call for help identifying the gunman in the 2021 killing of a 13-year-old boy, and released new details about a second suspect believed to be the getaway driver.
The shooting occurred on Nov. 20, 2021, in the 900 block of North Raymond Avenue, according to the Pasadena Police Department.
Officers responded to reports of a gray Ford Fusion stopping in a parking lot across from the bedroom of Iran Moreno, police said. The car's front passenger got out and fired two shots, one of which struck Moreno inside his bedroom, resulting his death, police said.
Investigators described the suspect as a 6-foot-1-inch-tall Black man in his 30s weighing between 185 and 195 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red and black North Face hoodie.
A second suspect, believed to be the getaway driver, was described as a Black woman between 27 and 31 years old, weighing 165 to 185 pounds. Her clothing description was not available.

``Newly enhanced surveillance video revealed a partial license plate number QJ117 from the Ford Fusion," the police department said in a previous statement.
Police have not disclosed a possible motive for the shooting.
