LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A 24-year-old woman killed when she was struck by a big rig on the Hollywood (101) Freeway near Echo Park was identified Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office.
The collision was reported at 3:58 a.m. Tuesday, when California Highway Patrol officers responded to Alvarado Street and the southbound freeway, where they found the victim, a CHP spokesman told City News Service.

Princess Sauve King was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the medical examiner's office. Her place of residence was not disclosed.
The CHP closed all lanes of the southbound freeway for several hours while it conducted its investigation of the crash.
