Police in Redondo Beach and other South Bay cities are trying to track down the people responsible for a tire-slashing spree on residential streets over the last several days.
Over the weekend, reports came in that cars along Carnegie, Phelan, and Felton streets all had one or more tires slashed in the southern section of Redondo Beach.

One victim, Tom Tynan, told KNX News' Pete Demetriou, "I came out Sunday morning, and I noticed that my front left tire was completely flat as well as the car behind me."
Upon further investigation, Tynan discovered all his tires had been slashed and said replacing them could cost close to $1,500.

Social media reports indicated a pattern of vandalism extending into the Torrance area over the last few days.
Detectives hope that video cameras or Ring systems on some of the area's homes captured images that might help lead to an arrest.
