On Wednesday, socialite Rebecca Grossman and former Dodger Scott Erickson were found negligent in the 2020 deaths of Mark and Jacob Iskander in Westlake Village.
The jury also found that Grossman and Erickson acted with malice and awarded the Iskander family $176 million in damages, according to City News Service.
Grossman and Erickson were accused of racing each other prior to hitting Mark and Jacob Iskander.
The malice decision means more penalties could be coming during the punitive damages phase of the trial.
Grossman was convicted in 2024 of two counts of second-degree murder and vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and one count of hit-and-run in the deaths of Mark and Jacob Iskander.
