“I’m so sick of online love,” Chappell Roan sings in “Femininonenon” – and she’s not the only one. Now, a group in the L.A. area is doing something about it.
“All Hands On Deck” is a dating show at House of Cocotte where people get up on stage and pitch their friends and loved ones to potential partners. This weekend, moms can pitch their kids at a Mother’s Day event. KNX News Nataly Tavidian reported from the event.
These shows are just one type of in-person fun organized by The Next Fun Thing.
“Organizers David Greenberg and Andrea Ramirez say their in-person events – from pickleball leagues to speed dating – are helping single Angelenos meet face-to-face,” Tavidian explained. At their shows, attendees can also enjoy giveaways, live music and other surprises.
