A person is under arrest in connection with Tuesday's school shooting threat at Taft High School in Woodland Hills.

The L.A. School Police Department has not released much information but says the individual is not a student at the school.

Officers were sent to the campus on Winnetka Avenue at about 9 AM for a threat investigation.

Some individuals reported seeing a social media post of a "guy with a gun" offering a warning to students at Taft.

According to a Los Angeles Unified School District spokesperson, the post "Raised concerns about the safety of the campus," but there was no evidence of a credible threat.

The school was not placed on lockdown, and students were reportedly advised to stay on campus for safety reasons, but a line of concerned parents formed outside the school to pick up their kids.

In a statement, the LAUSD said: "We take the safety and security of our students and our campus very seriously. All statements that raise concerns about the safety of our campus are immediately and thoroughly investigated to ensure the safety of our students. The district will continue to evaluate their safety procedures to ensure the safety of the school community."

Meanwhile, deputies from the Sheriff's Department responded to bomb threats at two high schools Wednesday morning.

The first was at Flintridge Preparatory School in La Cañada Flintridge, and the second was at California High School in Whittier.

No suspicious devices were found, and it's unclear if the two reported threats are related.
