USC faces long-time rival Stanford in final PAC-12 opener

On the heels of back-to-back wins over San Jose State and Nevada, USC Football is set to face Stanford this Saturday in the first intraconference game of the 2023 season.

With both teams leaving the PAC-12 in 2024, this could be the last matchup between the long-time rivals for quite some time.

USC will be heading to the Big Ten, while Stanford recently announced they will move on to the Atlantic Coastal Conference.

As the storied rivalry, dating back to 1905, comes to an end, this weekend's game promises to be exciting, as both teams coming in with a bit of momentum, having won their last game.
