The April attack left 55-year-old Mary Klein with severe injuries, including missing teeth and a blood clot that leaves her at constant risk of a stroke or aneurysm, she told KTLA. Another woman was attacked and killed the same night.
Last month, Anthony Jones pleaded no contest to the attacks and was sentenced to life in prison.
