A woman's body was found Monday inside a San Marino home, and authorities were investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.
Deputies responded around 9:45 a.m. to a residence in the 2000 block of Lorain Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, the department said.
Media reports indicated the body was discovered after a house fire.
