A woman was shot in North Hollywood Monday evening and taken to a hospital in unknown condition.

Officers responded to the 11000 block of Magnolia Boulevard, near Vineland Avenue, around 8:04 p.m. Monday to reports of shots fired, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
An ambulance was requested for a conscious woman who sustained a gunshot wound. Investigators determined the suspects fit the description of two men who fled the scene in a white BMW X5, police said.
