An unmasked gunman was apparently very hungry Wednesday night when he walked into the Pasadena Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles and demanded the worker fill up his bag with chicken.
According to Pasadena police Lt. Bill Grisafe the chicken thief entered the restaurant at about 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, when he and another man initially began fighting with employees, who asked him to put on a mask. The man responded by pulling a gun on workers, police said.
Surveillance footage originally aired by ABC7, shows the man put something on a counter, then pull a gun and go into the kitchen. He’s then seen walking around with a plate of food.
Cook Robert Gonzalez told ABC7, the man told him to "Put all the chicken in the bag."
The thief did not take anything other than the food and no injuries were reported.
The suspect remains at large.
Pasadena Police is asking anyone with information about the identity of the suspect to call 626-744-4620. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
