In the largest vaccination campaign in U.S. history, the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were administered to a health care worker in New York.

According to Fox News, the nurse was identified as Sandra Lindsay. She works in critical care at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and has been on the front lines for the last 10 months.

Lindsay was vaccinated during a press conference by Governor Andrew Cuomo. She reportedly told the Governor he felt "great," and "didn't feel any different" from any other vaccine.

She went on to say that feels "hopeful."
