HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (KNX) — Most first dates involve going out to eat, a cup of coffee, or maybe a movie. But for Sebastian Spencer, 20, and Danielle Salvato, 19, it included burglarizing a church and a trip to jail, police said.

After discovering they both played piano on their first date, Spencer and Salvato told police they decided to scope one out, breaking into a church because they knew the house of worship would have one.
Security cameras filmed an orange Mustang pull into the Indian Lake Peninsula Church Thursday sometime before 1 a.m. The pair, who met on a social app, can be seen finding an unlocked door and, according to police, they played the piano for roughly a half hour.
On the way out, police said the two stole four bibles, a set of drumsticks, and a collection plate as souvenirs, police detailed.
Because security cameras caught everything they did on video, the pastor called the police the next morning.
Spencer and Salvato confessed to the whole thing and admitted it was a dumb idea.
According to WKRN, the two face charges for felony burglary and misdemeanor theft.
