MANTECA, Calif. (KNX) – More than $5k worth of stolen items from Kohl's, Tracy Big Lots, and Tracy Harbor Freight was recovered on Sunday, Manteca police said.

Police said Kohl's Loss Prevention team saw 27-year-old Tyres McGhee and 39-year-old Corryn Graves take two carts filled with over $3k worth of merchandise out of the store. The police department's Organized Retail Crime responded and arrested the two.

While searching the suspects' car, police found $2,000 worth of Big Lots and Harbor Freight items. The two suspects admitted to stealing from other stores such as Home Depot, Ross, and Walmart over the course of the year.

It was also revealed McGhee is a felony on probation while Graves' driver's license had been suspended for 10 years.

Both suspects were taken to San Joaquin County Jail for burglary, organized retail crime, and possession of stolen property among other charges.
