Culver City Council could extend temporary ban on new drive-thrus

In-N-Out Burger is trying to become the first drive-thru restaurant to be built in Culver City in nearly 30 years. But lawmakers have been grilled over the decision, and they could extend a temporary ban on new drive-thrus while they work on a permanent ban. KNX News' Jon Baird reports.
