New social media trend draws concerns from police, school officials

There's a new social media trend that has police and school officials worried. Short videos are being posted of Dr. Seuss’s Cat in the Hat lurking on streets at night or outside homes and schools - and the trend is hitting close to home. Three teens were arrested earlier this week in Ventura after they allegedly posted videos depicting the “Cat in the Hat” character making ominous threats toward students and schools at Buena High School.
