DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas police have issued a capital murder warrant for a teen they say shot and killed a 28-year-old man in Deep Ellum last week.
17-year-old Kelsey Young alledgedly shot and killed Adan Lozano back on June 22 outside of a conveinence store on Main Street.
Police say a second person suffered minor injuries after being struck by a stray bullet. Young is described as black male who is 5 foot nine and weighs 171 pounds.
