RICHARDSON (1080 KRLD) - An 82-year-old was killed in a house fire Saturday morning in the 300 block of Fall Creek Drive.
The fire was reported shortly after 5 a.m., when 911 operators received multiple calls about a two-story home fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control within about an hour upon arrival. It is believed the resident of the home was alone at the time.
Richardson Fire Department investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
