DENTON (1080 KRLD) - A federal judge expects to rule next week whether a Denton man will face charges stemming from an angry outburst aboard a Dallas-bound Southwest Airlines flight last year.
The flight crew says Justin Brafford launched an angry, profanity-laced tirade when the woman seated next to him asked to be moved.
She claimed Brafford was "playing footsies" with her.
Due to the disturbance, reports say the pilot diverted the flight to Albuquerque where the FBI arrested Brafford.
