DALLAS (KRLD) - A Dallas County grand jury has indicted a former assistant band instructor at South Oak Cliff High School for sexual assault of a child and for an improper relationship between an educator and a child.
34-year old Markel Hall has been locked up on $30,000 bond since his arrest in November.
Court records show the victim was a 16-year-old girl.
Jail records say Hall also has numerous warrants for traffic violations in Richardson, Irving and Balch Springs.
