A former council member in the San Antonio, Texas area is looking for answers.
David Edwards was a Leon Valley council member. He was voted out by one vote in the May city election.
Now, he's filed a lawsuit about voter irregularities.
Edwards previously asked for a recount, yet the results didn't change.
Edwards says the case should be resolved within 45 days.
