FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The storms hit Saturday afternoon and evening. A pop up storm in Fort Worth left inches of water before a storm system moved through leaving even more rain.
There are reports of some areas getting two and a half to three inches of rain. The Fort Worth Fire Department conducted 22 high water rescues.
In other parts of the metroplex, there were downed trees, downed fences and building damage. In Weatherford, a wind gust knocked down Mitch Korner's shop. No one was hurt, even his dogs that were in the shop.
Hail also fell in some places. More rain is coming in today.
