FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Due to the government shutdown, Trinity Metro has been unable to get clearance on the entire 27-mile corridor by the Federal Railroad Administration.
It says it will announce a new opening date for TEXRail once it can get FRA clearance.
TEXRail will connect downtown Fort Worth to DFW Airport, and rides throughout the month of January are slated to be free.
