EULESS (1080 KRLD) - A homeowner in Euless chased a prowler from his house Sunday night, and gunshots ripped through a neighbor's wall.
Police say someone kicked in the front window of a home on Dickey Drive about 11:30 p.m. Before police arrived, they say the homeowner went outside with a gun and the prowler ran off.
Police say the homeowner fired at the prowler and chased him several hundred feet to Creekside Drive.
At least one gunshot hit the side of Gregory Gammill's home.
"I went to my dining room and saw sheet rock on the floor and looked up. When I saw the second hole, I realized it was a bullet that came through the house," Gammill says.
Gammill says he took his wife and two kids to the back of the house.
"Holy crap, somebody just shot into my house. I knew it wasn't toward me, but I heard arguing and stuff outside, so I knew something was going on and didn't know if something else was going to happen," he says.
No one was hurt. Police say they are interviewing several people, but they have not confirmed whether they have made any arrests.
