MCKINNEY (1080 KRLD) - A family in McKinney that was forced out of their home after a plane crash last week is asking for some financial help.

Jamillah Foster has set up at Go Fund Me account to cover expenses while the family is kept out of their home on Black Bear Drive.

Jamillah and her three kids were at home on Thursday when a small plane slammed into their house.

Jamillah's one-year-old son suffered minor scrapes in the ordeal, but the rest of the family was uninjured. But she says she was forced to leave the home after the crash - and they haven't been allowed back because of safety concerns.

Jamillah, her husband and their three kids have been staying at a hotel. She says they didn't even have time to collect any clothing, personal items or baby supplies before they left their home.

Their account on GoFundMe.com has already generated several donations.

She's asking for help to get the family through this difficult time - and says any assistance would be appreciated.
