DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Medical City Dallas will open two new specialty hospitals in north Dallas near its current facility.
The Medical City Heart Hospital and Medical City Spine Hospital will be in a building that formerly housed the Forest Park Medical Center on 75-Central Expressway near Forest Lane.
Medical City purchased the property in 2016 after Forest Park declared bankruptcy.
The Heart Hospital will have 63 rooms and offer specialized services including heart surgery and minimally invasive vascular surgery. The Spine Hospital will have 24 rooms and will provide care for both common spine disorders and rare deformities.
