DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - More than two months after a disturbing murder in Dallas, the accused killer has now been indicted.

In August, Sara Hudson was murdered on her 22nd birthday which she planned to celebrate in Lower Greenville. But she never showed and body was found later after firefighters put out a burning SUV.

Several days later, Glen Richter was arrested at his Mesquite home.

A Grand Jury has now indicted Richter on charges he murdered Hudson."In the course of committing and attempting to commit the offenses of robbery and kidnapping and sexual assault."

Based on security video and the medical examiner's report, prosecutors say Richter shot Hudson in the head twice, left her body in the back of her SUV which was then set on fire.
