KRLD listeners will have the chance to experience Ireland alongside morning news host Joe Kelley on a special hosted tour next spring. Carr World Travel and Collette Vacations are partnering with the station for the “Irish Splendor” journey, set for March 15-22, 2027.

The eight-day trip includes round-trip air from DFW, visits to Dublin for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, the Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle, the Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher and a stay at a historic castle hotel. Travelers can also enjoy a distillery tour and the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum.
Kelley, a longtime voice in North Texas radio, will join the group for the duration, offering shared experiences and insights along the way. The tour is designed for listeners seeking a mix of history, scenery and camaraderie in a small-group setting with light activity levels.
