The affidavit indicates Robinson killed Guillen by hitting her head with a hammer on April 22nd and that Aguilar was involved in disposing of the body.
Human remains in Bell County have not yet been identified. Guillen's family says she was sexually harassed at Fort Hood. The Army has opened another investigation into this.
