DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The final cars have been removed from the parking garage at Elan City Lights, the Dallas apartment complex heavily damaged when a construction crane toppled over in June.
Ever since, the cars parked in the garage that day have been trapped.
Last month, crews began removing cars one-by-one and that process has now been completed.
The owners of the building put out a statement saying, in part, that "recovery teams have also made good progress photographing and packing the contents of recoverable apartments. They expect to begin transporting contents to secure storage next week."
