WYLIE (1080 KRLD) - Already arrested in another city for improperly video-taping girls, a school bus driver is now accused of groping a girl in Wylie.
Michael Smith is charged with invasive visual recording of girls on his bus in the Rockwall district.
Now, Wylie mom Joanne Goodman relates how her daughter says Smith touched her on the backside.
Saying she obtained bus security video to back up her claim, Goodman says was told there was not enough evidence to arrest Smith in Wylie.
Within months he was driving a bus for the Rockwall district where administrators insist he passed all the background checks
