The wreck, which occurred around 3 a.m. on October 10th, occurred after Spence lost control of his car while traveling at a high speed, causing his car flipped multiple times. It was a single-car accident, and no one else was hurt at the scene.

Spence's injuries included multiple broken teeth, though the rest of his injuries were considered minor, and he was later released from the hospital.

Spence's representation also released a statement, thanking the public and the first responders at the scene.

"(Spence's family) want to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes," they said, "and are extremely grateful to the Dallas first responders who rush to the scene to attend to Errol after the accident and the doctors who are taking care of him at the hospital."
