City Of Arlington To Give Away Face Masks

The city of Arlington will be giving away face masks later this week.

The face mask giveaway will be at the Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center on Browning Drive, Thursday July 16th from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

All people need to do is to simply drive in, and a volunteer will place a box of 50 disposable face masks into their vehicles through the passenger-side window.

Jay Warren with the City of Arlington says there will be plenty for everyone.

While this is intended for people who live in Arlington, Warren says no one will be checking IDs. He says what's important is for everyone to have face masks in order to stop the spread of COVID-19.
