PROSPER (1080 KRLD) - Prosper police say they were called to the home of Dak Prescott Friday for reports of a party that may have violated guidelines against large crowds. They say they were called to Prescott's home Friday evening.
TMZ first reported the party, posting pictures showing Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott among the group at Prescott's house to celebrate a birthday.
March 31, Governor Greg Abbott signed an executive order forbidding large gatherings, writing, "every person in Texas shall, except where necessary to provide or obtain essential services, minimize social gatherings and minimize in-person contact with people who are not in the same household."
Prosper police say no one was arrested Friday night.
Assistant Prosper Police Chief Scott Brewer released a statement reading, "The Prosper Police Department did respond to the Prescott residence after receiving a report of a potential "party." The officer was unable to verify the report of a 'party'; therefore, he just reminded the resident of the current CDC guidelines -- to include social distancing.
