DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas County has extended its Stay-At-Home order through May 15th.
Following a rather testy discussion, the Dallas County Commissioners Court voted 3 to 2 for the extension, which is two weeks past when Governor Abbott's state-wide order is going to expire.
The two negative votes came from Democrat John Wiley Price and Republican J.J. Koch who ordinarily oppose one another across party lines.
Price strongly questioned Doctor Phillip Huang, Director of Dallas County Health and Human Services, about what Price views as constantly changing statements as to whether Coronavirus has reached its peak in the county and if not, when it will.
