DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Another Dallas Police officer is backing the story of former officer Christopher Hess in the fatal shooting of a Dallas woman.
Officer Christopher Alisch was at an apartment complex three years ago when Hess shot and killed 21-year old Genevive Dawes.
Alisch said he also thought officers were in danger when Dawes tried to drive away from police, who were ordering her out of a van.
Alisch said he also would have opened fire if Hess had not been standing in front of him.
