A Dallas police officer and a pick-up driver are getting checked out after a collision in the Bishop Arts district this morning.
Just after 3:30 a.m. a police car driving down Davis was broad-sided by a pick-up near Polk.
Both vehicles have quite a bit of damage and both drivers were shaken up a bit but did not seem to be seriously hurt.
Investigators have not said whether the officer or the civilian had the right-of-way
