DALLAS (KRLD) - A teenager was killed in south Dallas, and police believe the shooter was a 13-year-old.
Police say the teen was sitting with another teen in a parked car on Denley when a brown Dodge Caravan pulled up nearby.
The teen witness told them a 13-year-old Latin male walked up to them and started firing into the car. The witness sped off but crashed into a nearby utility pole.
Meanwhile, the shooter and two others, a 13-year-old white male and a 20-year-old black male, all took off in the mini-van.
The teen shot was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died. The teen who was driving the car suffered only minor injuries in the crash.
No motive for the shooting has been given.
