DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - With nine days left in 2019, Dallas has suffered through 200 murders this year.
While that's far lower than the 500 recorded in 1991, it's the first time since 2007 that murders have reached the 200 plateau.
Dallas police numbers show they've investigated 210 homicide and 200 of those are considered murders.
The others may be considered justifiable homicides but that's up to a grand jury to decide.
