A Dallas restaurant owner is on a mission to help some young adults who need a break.

La La Land Kind Cafe opened it's Greenville Ave location in 2019, and it was a huge hit.

Sure the coffee, green tea, cookies and avacado toast are  great but that's not all  customers love..they love the feel of the place.

The cafe is Dallas' first coffee shop dedicated to hiring  young adults who have aged out of the foster care system.

Owner Francois Reihani says he understands these young people need some stability, and that's what he tries to offer.

He's opening a second location next Monday on Oak Lawn, where a Starbuck used to be.

The new location will not offer indoor seating for now because of the pandemic, but when it's over he'll be hiring.
