(Arlington, TX)  --  A high-profile mega-church pastor from Arlington must undergo psychiatric care before he can be freed even though has almost completed his 15-year stretch on multiple sexual assault charges.

In 2006, Terry Hornbuckle was convicted of drugging and raping three women, two of whom were parishioners at his Agape Christian Fellowship in Arlington.

Under Texas law, sexual offenders may be kept in confinement even after their sentences are completed -- if a court determines they are still likely to re-offend.

A prosecutor told the court that Hornbuckle has "...a grandiose, manipulative person with a sense of entitlement who is intent on forcing his own desires upon others."

Yesterday, a Tarrant County jury decided to send Hornbuckle to a locked treatment facility in the Panhandle designed for those considered to be violent sexual predators.
