FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Fort Worth ISD teacher has been fired, again.

The board voted 8-0 to terminate the contract of Georgia Clark after she tweeted President Trump saying she needed help pulling undocumented immigrants from Carter Riverside High School.

The board had voted to fire Clark in June, but an independent examiner recommended the school board reinstate the teacher.

Parents told the board putting Clark back in the classroom would send the wrong message to students.

Clark says she didn't mean for everyone to see her thoughts and requests on immigration. She says she believed the tweets were private between her and the president.
