(Fort Worth, TX)  --  Fort Worth police have arrested a man seven years after his girlfriend's body was found in the Trinity River.

Sarah McKinney's body was discovered in 2013. The boyfriend, Justin Azocar was questioned then but denied having anything to do with it.

Now, though, Azocar tells investigators he and McKinney were sitting on a handrail of a pedestrian bridge over the river.

They quarreled and he admits he pushed her into the river. He insists he didn't mean to push her that hard but nevertheless he was booked into the Tarrant County jail.
