DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - With temperatures in the mid-20s this morning, ice made for some very dangerous road conditions.
Ice is being blamed for a crash on the north-bound side of Central Expressway near Fitzhugh. That was apparently in the back-up of a car fire on Highway 75 near Mockingbird.
In West Dallas, there was also a sheet of ice on Westmoreland Road near I-30.
Overnight, TXDOT crews fanned out across Dallas-Fort Worth to treat ice on the roads.
