FRISCO (1080 KRLD) - The city of Frisco is enacting more regulations four months after a Humane Society expose showing ill and mis-treated dogs at a chain pet store.
Agreed on last night by the City Council, new requirements govern everyting from feeding and housing to sanitation, inspections and veterinarian services.
Pet advocates also applaud a rule requiring record-keeping to keep track of where kittens and puppies came from and how they got to Frisco in the first place.
Also, health problems must be documented.
